Radiation bonded polyethylene heat shrinkable tape is a new type of environmentally friendly anti-corrosion product that is pollution-free and harmless. It is characterized by easy construction, aging resistance, tensile resistance, and high adhesive strength.

Qingdao Huashida produces radiation cross-linked polyethylene heat shrink tapes (sets), which have multiple national patents, mainly including three-layer reinforced fiber heat shrink tapes (sets) and two-layer ordinary heat shrink tapes (sets). It is a sealing cover designed for anti-corrosion and sealing of pipeline welds. It is composed of radiation cross-linked polyethylene substrate and special imported sealing hot melt adhesive compounded at high temperature. It has stable performance, aging resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, strong sealing adhesion, and is easy to operate.

Application areas:Mainly used for full pipeline winding anti-corrosion, various pipeline interface sealing anti-corrosion, and can also be used for pipeline damage repair.

Precautions for connecting heat shrink tape (sleeve):
1. Ensure the cleanliness of pipeline connections.
2. Do not open the packaging bag of the heat shrinkable tape (sleeve) before welding, and avoid contamination by moisture, mud, and other substances during installation to avoid affecting the welding quality.
3. The gas cylinders, gas pipes, and gas spray guns used in construction must undergo quality inspection and pass the inspection before they can be used.
4. During construction, it is necessary to stay away from flammable and explosive materials. The construction site requires ventilation and it is prohibited to work in enclosed areas.
5. Single person homework is prohibited to prevent accidents.
6. Do not concentrate excessive heating to prevent burning through the heat shrinkable tape.
7. Do not move the pipe during the cooling process at the connection end.
8. After construction, the gas cylinder and gas spray gun valves should be promptly closed.
9. If used in seasons or regions with low temperatures, the tube can be baked until warm before using heat shrink tape for better results.
